Delivery Information
When we ship
Items in stock. If an item is marked as in stock, we ship your order on the next business day after payment.
Please note: the “in stock” label means that we have this item in stock, but not necessarily in the exact options you have chosen — colour, size, thickness, etc. For example, a black rubber may be in stock while you ordered a blue one. In that case, the item will be shipped once we receive it from the manufacturer.
Items ordered from the manufacturer. The delivery time is shown next to the item. Items from the manufacturer usually arrive within 4–14 business days. Once we receive them, we ship on the next business day.
Delivery methods
You will see the exact delivery price at checkout before payment. The price for parcel lockers depends on the parcel size, so the lowest price is shown below.
At checkout you can choose the destination country next to each delivery method (Lithuania by default). The list shows only the countries that carrier delivers to.

We ship by Lithuanian Post tracked parcel. The price depends on the country and the weight of the parcel.
Tables and other large items
Delivery of tables and other large items is possible only by arrangement — write to us at info@11taskas.lt and we will offer a delivery method and price.

We can also deliver outside the European Union. Please contact us at info@11taskas.lt for delivery terms and price.
Parcel tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
