GEWO Elaxxon eFT 45.0 rubber

GEWO Elaxxon eFT 45.0 rubber

The globally successful NEAS sponge (New Efficiency Active System), together with the proven eTec (Eco Boost) technology, made the GEWO Neoflexx series an absolute best-seller among versatile, easy-to-play rubbers. The very positive feedback encouraged us to develop a new generation offering even higher speed and spin values without losing sight of simplicity and control. The new GEWO Elaxxon eFT versions will appeal above all to younger players and to anyone who wants a little more speed and variation without giving up too much control.

Many hours of testing and discussion produced an outstanding rubber composition: the GEWO Elaxxon eFT!

GEWO Elaxxon eFT 45.0

The slightly softer version of the GEWO Elaxxon eFT sponge gives a comfortable, flexible feel while still providing the response you need in every rally. Its medium speed gives you the confidence to shine both in passive and in active situations. The careful tuning of the medium-hard 45° sponge with a flexible top sheet lets attacking all-round players and ambitious young players make full use of their potential.

Player type / features:

eGrip increases spin and control values without excessive sensitivity

With the 45° sponge, even better all-round attacking options are possible while keeping a pleasant, flexible playing feel

Ideal for players looking for a medium-weight attacking rubber that is not too hard and supports every stroke in their repertoire

NEAS

“Eco(nomic) boost for your match” was clearly the idea behind this rubber series. The focus of this generation was an excellent combination of a flexible, dynamic sponge with a grippy top sheet and a newly arranged pimple structure. In the harder versions (45° / 48° / 50°) the emphasis was on speed (eSpeed) without losing control; in the softer version (40°) it was on spin. eGrip / eSpeed / eSpin — optimal playing performance.

eGrip

The new key to success: speed, spin and fun! Enjoy a reliable contact with the ball and high control and spin values in every situation of the match, improving the quality and consistency of all your strokes. The new eGrip technology turns you into a master of the game!

DGC40+ 2.0

One of the main reasons for the success of GEWO rubbers was the innovative DGC40+ surface technology, which means a consistent and reliable contact at the point where the ball meets the rubber. Its grippy surface structure also prevents the ball from slipping. With the latest generations of balls (for example the GEWO Select Pro 40+ ***) the surfaces had to be developed further, and so the DGC40+ “Dynamic-Grip-Concept” 2.0 was born. The surface was designed and refined specially for the demands of the newest balls. There is no stopping now!
