Optimized Trajectory Tec (OTT)

    The new GEWO Nexxus SuperSelect rubbers are designed to meet even the highest demands for acceleration and stability. Our aim was to create a more compact sponge texture so that the rubber would be more dynamic and elastic without increasing its weight. The new Optimized Trajectory Tec (OTT) is the innovative result of this development.

    The more elastic medium-pore sponge “air cells” (“SuperSelect Sponge Cells”) provide a flexible and dynamic feel despite the hardness, and at the same time save weight. This achieves a higher density in the sponge, which not only gives more spin and dynamics but also ensures a longer ball trajectory.

    Optimized Trajectory Tec (OTT) is the key to the most advanced, high-performance table tennis together with hard and dynamic sponges.

    “Super Select Transmission Tec” (SSTT)

    The completely new Super Select Transmission Tec system (SSTT) ensures optimal transfer of spin and speed to the ball. The new surface properties make it easy to block and return spinning balls with a flat ball trajectory, avoiding forced errors. Thanks to the special rubber compound that guarantees a longer ball dwell time, your own attacks over the top will still be easy and will be a hard challenge for many of your opponents.

    DGC40+ 2.0

    DGC40+ 2.0 means a consistent and reliable bond on ball contact, while the tacky surface prevents the ball from “slipping”. With the introduction of the latest generation of balls (for example the GEWO Select Pro 40+ ***), the rubber topsheets had to be developed and adapted further, which led to the creation of the DGC40+ “Dynamic Grip Concept” 2.0. The topsheet was designed specially and adapted to the requirements of the latest generations of balls. If you are not moving forward, you are going backwards!

    Elastic rubber

The EL rubber (elastic rubber), despite its compactness, provides excellent ball feedback and a unique feel. All the rubbers in this series are intended for spin. The inner pimples of the rubber are spaced closer together and are slightly thicker than in EL rubbers. When it comes to generating spin, the DGC40+ 2.0 topsheet unfolds its true power (a very reliable bond and maximum spin), because on ball contact it provides a slightly larger contact area.
