Sunflex blade Photon – created for players who play with long pimples.
With the Photon, the Sunflex Hong Kong developers have released an attacking blade that is especially interesting for the European market. It is slightly enlarged (16.2 cm x 16.1 cm), and its total weight is well below 80 g.
The Photon has a classic five-ply wood construction with an unusually thick 7.0 mm balsa core. The outer plies are made of Limba. In terms of speed the blade is classed in the All+ to Off- range. The Photon develops good dynamics and generates a lot of spin. Players who choose a disruptive game close to the table with long pimples will certainly like this blade. Especially together with pimples, the Photon fits perfectly and ensures a safe blocking game with good spin reversal at the table.
Players who play without pimples but generally appreciate the balsa feel also have an interesting and light blade here.
