The medal is round in shape and made from sturdy iron. It features a finely textured surface that provides a high-quality appearance and clear visibility. At the centre, a table tennis motif with bat and ball is embossed. The motif is executed in relief and stands out clearly from the background, both visually and to the touch.
The outer edge of the medal is designed as a surrounding laurel wreath. The individual leaf-shaped elements are slightly raised and evenly frame the central motif. This creates a classic appearance that has long stood for the recognition of sporting achievement.
At the top of the medal, an integrated eyelet allows a cord or ribbon to be attached. With a diameter of 50 mm, the medal sits comfortably in the hand and conveys a solid, high-quality impression.
